Working principle of electrical water supplying system device without negative pressure
The device is directly connected to the tap water supplying pipes with a concatenation, and pressure sensors will be mounted respectively at the water in-let and out-let ends to collect real time pressure alterative signal and send to the central control unit. Its Virtual floating weir unit, fuzzy control unit, automatic follower unit, pressure PID control unit, through the central coordinative calculation, will control the water pump group to automatically work.
Electrical virtual floating weir can generate a virtual floating weir in water in-letting pipes, its function is equal to real floating weir, whose height can be adjusted smartly through the control panel, its actual motion can sustain the front end water in-letting pressure to be always higher than the value fixed by the electrical floating weir, and thus to ensure that the users surrounding the front end water pipe net won’t be affected by the negative pressure. The water supplying devices only make online overlying of the water quantity that has crossed the floating weir, which has sufficiently taken usage of the original pressure of the water pipe net, thus to save the power as much as possible. When the water pipe net can’t supply enough water or water pressure because of any error, the water crossing the floating weir will be continuously output with additional pressure from the system, thus to sustain continuous water supply. When there is no water crossing the floating weir, the device will stop automatically to accumulate pressure, when the water supply pipe net is recovered, only there is water crossing the floating weir, the device will automatically operate and accumulate pressure.
Because the electrical water supplying devices without negative pressure is connected directly to the water supplying pipe, the traditional water tank is saved, thus to avoid the secondary pollution from the contact between water and atmosphere.
